Introducing The Loft Team
Scott and Lisa Davidson
Founding Pastors
St Louis natives and church planters…. Scott and Lisa have an insatiable thirst for life and a heart for loving and serving people. They have been married for more than 35 years and are the proud parents of three daughters, Stacy, Christee, and Jessi. They heartily answer to Lili and Pop to two little grand-daughters: Ava and Violet. For them, church is a something you do as a family.
Worship is iconic in their lives. Services center on worship at the Loft and we linger there.
They have an open door, open arms posture, and a down-to-earth approach to the bible. After traveling and church planting for a decade or so, they settled down at home, in St Louis to plant their last church: The Loft. Their education is from Fuller Theological Seminary and they’re licensed through the Foursquare Church.
They are passionate to see people’s lives transform and they have a niche to raise leaders and make disciples.
On a personal note: Scott is a wicked awesome guitar player and co-pastors the church with a fatherly wisdom. His day job and favorite hobby seeks out old trucks to buy and sell and sometimes keep… Lisa is an artist, and the Loft is evidence of her love of art… she also has an infinity for tattoos. 🙂 Welcome to the Loft.
Stacy Burch
Worship Leader | Brand Ambassador
Stacy is vivacious and full of life! She leads worship at our weekly gatherings…and this girl can sing! She brings a passionate heart for demonstrating how to communicate with God in song week after week. She is unashamed in expressing her love for God…it is contagious. Stacy also creates our graphic arts and keeps our social media current with devotionals and encouragement. She is mom to Violet Skye and wife to TJ Burch, who is our drummer and videographer!
Christine Lifka
Executive Director
Christine serves on The Loft strategy team as administrator. She coordinates weekly services and outreach events. She gives oversight to hospitality and volunteer teams.
You rarely see her without a gleaming smile on her face. She has grown up in the St. Louis area and enjoys being close to her family. Christine has a passion to serve those in need, to help feed the hungry, and to love individuals so that they know they are valued and loved by God.
Angie Liggins
Outreach Director
If you haven’t met Angie yet – you will. She runs the community outreach events for the Loft and serves on the church strategy team. A Fontbonne University graduate with both a M.B.A. and a M.S. in non-profit, she humbly serves our local food distribution outreach.
Reformed addict, Angie is a firestorm in love with Jesus. She brings healing and restoration to the streets she once belonged to. There is nothing like a transformed life… it just doesn’t get any more Gospel than this. Welcome to the Loft. There is a place for you here.
Kim Ray
Children’s Church Leader
As a faithful Christian over 10 years, Kim loves to pray and lend a listening ear.
Kim has a heart for kids and just can’t get enough of them, whether it’s being a nurturing mother, nanny or an encouraging teacher. She has a heart to serve and invest in our kids. You will find her in the Kids Loft twice a month where her biggest joy is watching the kids learn about Jesus and supporting each of them in prayer. Kim enjoys serving others by helping serve with The Loft drive-thru food distribution.
Steve Bommarito
Assistant Minister | Facilities Director
Steve “Bommar” Bommarito is an Air Force veteran who works in technology by day. But in his off time, Bommar can be found leading the Men’s Group on Wednesday nights, fixing broken things at the church, playing bass in the worship band, and occasionally preaching on Sunday mornings.
If you have encountered Bommar in person, then you know that he is a serial encourager and a man who gets fired up for the Kingdom of God.
Tammy Koch
Online Coordinator | Visual Producer
Tammy provides our frontline online presence and creates all visual slides for Sunday services and special events. She has a heart for world missions and has been to 9 countries. She enjoys learning and has earned her B.A. in religion from Liberty University, as well as her minister’s license. She is an animal lover, particularly her cats: Samantha and Fletcher. Tammy loves to write and is an avid photography enthusiast.
She feels at home at The Loft and relishes in the kindred spirit of artistic and tattooed people in love with the original Creator.
Rick Mester
Tech Team Lead
Rick is a gifted IT guy who runs sound at the Loft, produces the podcast, manages the technology infrastructure, and on occasion, teaches on Sunday. He is an amazing Bible teacher and those who know him find him to be a low key comedian. He loves Bath & Body Works (don’t judge), he is a music connoisseur, and a recording artist.
