Welcome to Women of Influence: Advance 2026. There is a profound difference between retreating and advancing. While the world often calls us to pull back, we are gathering in St. Louis to move forward in faith, strength, and sisterhood. This year, our hearts are anchored in the powerful testimony found in Matthew 9:20-22 and Mark 5:25-34. We are reaching for “The Hem.“

Just as the woman in scripture found her wholeness by simply reaching for the edge of His garment, we believe that one intentional touch of His presence can change the trajectory of our lives. This isn’t just a weekend away; it’s an Advance. We aren’t going back to who we were; we are pressing into who God is calling us to be.

We highly encourage you to stay on-site at the Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis at the Arch. There is a grace-filled rhythm that happens when we step away from the distractions of home and “dwell” together in one place. By staying on-site, you’re not just attending a conference; you’re giving yourself permission to fully unplug and remain immersed in the presence of God from Friday evening through Sunday morning.

  • Complimentary Hot Breakfast: Breakfast is served from 7:00–10:00 a.m. on weekends.
  • The 5:30 Kickback: Join the sisterhood every evening from 5:30–7:00 p.m. for complimentary hot food and cold beverages.

Conference Attire

We want you to be comfortable as we “Advance” together! The attire for the weekend is casual and comfortable. We recommend dressing in layers, as meeting room temperatures can fluctuate, and you’ll want a light sweater or jacket for our crisp St. Louis September.

Weather

Late September in the Gateway City typically brings beautiful, mild autumn weather, with average daytime highs around 78°F and crisp evenings dipping into the 50s. Since we will be staying right by the Arch, you may want to bring a light jacket or sweater for the Saturday afternoon free time or for staying comfortable in the air-conditioned hotel session rooms.
